Like a lot of women, I have quite a few ‘hats’. For this page, the things you need to know are that I have over fifteen years of experience as an educator on a wide range of personal development topics, including coping with grief. I also have Lived Experience, we all do on some level, mine is that my son died in our home aged 10 in 2019.
This website aims to offer ideas and support to people experiencing grief themselves, or working with people who need that support.
I also offer workshops and bespoke training or courses for businesses and schools looking to create a safer working environment for bereaved people – both adults and children.
Grief is not a linear, predictable process. There are a range of things you might find helpful at different times. My aim is to let you poke about here on good days, bad days and all other days and find something useful.
