They each reflect a healthy amount of ‘to do’ type activities for when you are experiencing that type of day…
For example on Stormy Days, when things are all too much, just making sure you have regular (non-alcoholic) fluids and brush your teeth might be quite enough. There is also space on these days for others to check in on you, and for helpful contacts to be added.
On a Sunny Day you may well feel able to take on more, of course we may have important tasks to complete regardless of how we are feeling. However, it can be helpful to acknowledge how much ‘extra’ you should be adding to your expectations.
